1. General Provisions This online store, available at harddeco.com, is operated by KLT Diving sp. z o.o., registered at 54-132 Wrocław, ul. Lotnicza 141/14, Poland. Workshop address: 43-450 Ustroń, Poland. These terms apply to all purchases of unique sculptures created by the artist.
2. Products & Artistic Nature All products are hand-welded, unique pieces of art. Due to their handmade nature, slight variations in texture, welds, and finish are expected and constitute part of the artistic value of the product.
3. Orders & Payments
- All prices are listed in Polish Zloty (PLN). For international customers, final amounts are converted and processed by the payment operator (Tpay).
- We accept payments via credit cards and online transfers.
- An order is considered confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping to mainland European Union countries.
- Exclusions: Island territories (e.g., Canary Islands, Malta, Cyprus) are excluded from free shipping and require a custom quote.
- Delivery Time: Processing takes 3-5 business days. Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days within the EU.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
- In accordance with EU law, you have the right to return the sculpture within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
- To exercise this right, contact us via email. The item must be returned to our workshop in Poland.
- Return Costs: Due to the weight and size of the sculptures, the buyer covers the direct cost of return shipping.
- Refunds: We will refund the full amount within 14 days of receiving the returned item in its original condition.
6. Complaints & Warranty If the sculpture arrives damaged, please document the damage (photos) and contact us immediately. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund.
7. Privacy Policy Your data is used solely for order processing and delivery in accordance with GDPR regulations. We do not sell your data to third parties.
