1. Free Shipping in the EU All Hard Deco sculptures are shipped for free within the European Union (mainland). The price shown on the product page is the final price delivered to your door.

2. Handling & Delivery Time

Processing time: Each piece is carefully prepared for transport. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
Delivery time: Shipping usually takes an additional 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Tracking: Once your sculpture is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow your shipment.

3. Safe Packaging Every sculpture is a unique work of art. We ensure it is securely packed in reinforced crates or heavy-duty boxes to guarantee it reaches you in perfect condition.

4. Exclusions (Islands & Remote Areas) Due to significantly higher logistics costs, our „Free Shipping” offer does not cover island territories and remote locations, including but not limited to: Malta, Cyprus, Canary Islands, Madeira, Azores. For these locations, shipping costs will be calculated individually. Please contact us for a custom quote before placing an order.
