14-Day Return Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with your unique piece of art. You have the right to return the sculpture within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us via email. Once approved, you have another 14 days to ship the item back to our workshop in Poland.
- Condition: The returned product must be in its original condition, showing no signs of use, and must be sent back in secure packaging.
- Return Shipping Costs: Due to the weight and size of steel sculptures and decors, the direct cost of return shipping is covered by the Buyer.
- Refunds: We will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
